Victoria's Secret: Resisting Rape Culture (and even using the term rape culture!) and Celebrating Body Diversity in Advertising in one Fell Swoop

Have you all seen this yet? Victoria's Secret actually did something pretty cool! Celebrating women's rights to be "sexy," still wanting to have fun underwear, and also to be able to say yes and no as they choose! Also, should you need stocking stuffers... haha

  2. Too good to be true.

But still, says Heyhypocorism on http://www.tumblr.com/tagged/rape-culture, "it’s vital to keep that dialogue up about how important communication is to amazing sex. I think the more people think that way, the easier those conversations will be. I make a point to have those conversations, as unsexy as they may seem to some people. But you know what’s a bigger turn off than stopping to check in? 1. Acting like I’m crazy for starting that conversation. and 2. Doing things I don’t like."
